Today we went to dinner at the Hotel Majestic, which had a pretty amazing view of the most central downtown square. There wasn't a ton of vegan food, but what I had was good. Then we went to a Folklorico Balet which was pretty amazing. Almost all the cast were dancing pretty much non-stop for and hour and a half. There ware a lot of different styles of dance, and some pretty amazing moves. They used mostly live music, one of which was quite a few people playing something like a vibrophone at once! Some with two mallets and some with three.
We took a bus rented by the program to and from the Zocalo, and they dropped us off near the casa and several of us went to something like a fair for a while, and some people ate some food. Then we walked back home.
